Personal data in PDF upload

When you upload your PDF documents to Theo, any personal data in the documents is handled with the utmost care by TQ Nordic.

Your documents are stored with TQ Nordic and are used solely for Theo to be able to read and interpret the information. After 30 days, your uploaded documents are automatically deleted. OpenAI assists Theo in understanding and processing your documents, but does not store the information on its servers.

If you desire further anonymity, there is a free online tool available to easily anonymize your PDF documents. You can find the tool here. We have also made a guide that describes how the tool works.
